The 22nd BJKSE Exhibitor Cargo Vehicle Entrance Notice
In order to ensure that the exhibits of the 22nd BJKSE can enter the exhibition venue smoothly, all exhibitors are requested to arrange related matters according to the exhibition’s instructions:
★ Entry Instructions for Beijing Exhibitors/Exhibits
★ Beijing exhibitor’s personal vehicle:
Vehicle parks at the venue everyday during the exhibition period（8 hrs in daytime）requires parking license, which can be acquired on 2nd floor of the Hall 1(100 CNY/exhibition period for vehicle with 5 seats of less; 200 CNY/exhibition period for vehicle with more than 5 seats); Vehicle without the parking license will not be charged if parks at the venue for less than 2 hours(must detain driver license), otherwise a 20 CNY/hour parking fee will be add on.
★ Freight company entrusted by Beijing exhibitors:
Cargo vehicle will not be charged if parks at the venue for less than 2 hours(must detain driver license), otherwise a 20 CNY/hour parking fee will be add on.
★ Route:
Drive south through the east gate of China International Exhibition Center, turn right at the first traffic light(in front of Beijing Royal Grand Hotel), drive about 200 meters then turn right at the traffic light, lined up at Gate 3 and enter the venue under the guide of security personnel; entered vehicles must unload cargos under the direction of security personnel and park at designated locations.
★ Friendly Tips:
Due to the uncertain events, there may be temporary traffic restrictions on some roads in the Beijing area, please visit the website of Beijing Traffic Management Bureau for more details; To exit the venue please drive through Gate 3 and turn right onto main road(or side road) of the 3rd Ring Rd.

Cargo vehicle must enter Beijing City between 0:00 am and 6:00 am, drive south through the east gate of China International Exhibition Center, turn right at the first traffic light(in front of Beijing Royal Grand Hotel), drive about 200 meters then turn right at the traffic light, lined up at Gate 3 and enter the venue under the guide of security personnel; cargo vehicle will not be charged if parks at the venue for less than 2 hours(must detain driver license), when the unloading is complete, cargo vehicle must leave immediately(turn right at Gate 3, take the 3rd Ring Rd’s side road about 200 meters to the east, then turn left to make a u-turn, follow the Jingcheng Expressway ‘s direction and leave Beijing by taking 4th or 5th Ring Rd); cargo vehicle that can’t leave the venue after 6:00 am please park at designated locations under the guide of security personnel, then leave the venue after 0:00 am(driver must pay a deposit of 1000 CNY, the deposit will be return if the vehicle leave the venue immediately after 0:00 am); non-Beijing cargo vehicle that require overnight parking please park at the public parking lot across the Royal Grand Hotel, no vehicle is allowed to park overnight in the venue!!

Due to environmental inspection and other factors, diesel vehicles and non-standard trucks are not allowed to enter the 5th ring road!! Non-Beijing vehicle should carry all kinds of documents within for inspection, follow the traffic department’s regulations and go through the formalities for vehicles entering Beijing! Enter Beijing between 0:00 am and 6:00 am and follow the above instructions and route to enter the venue; When exit the venue please turn right at the Gate 3, take the 3rd Ring Rd’s side road about 200 meters to the east, then turn left to make a u-turn, follow the Jingcheng Expressway ‘s direction and leave Beijing by taking 4th or 5th Ring Rd; Please visit the website of Beijing Traffic Management Bureau for details regarding vehicle enters Beijing!
★ Note of the 22nd BJKSE Parking License Application
1.The BJKSE Organizing Committee is in charge of exhibitor parking license’s application (only for wagon car, medium van, small van and small car). Exhibitors must provide details include vehicle’s plate number, number of seats and contact phone. Exhibitor can’t make the application in advance due to special circumstances should submit provisional declaration to the organizing committee, the organizing committee shall designate person to inform the security department of China International Exhibition Center to make up the parking license;
2. Application Fee: 100 CNY/exhibition period for vehicle with less than 5 seats; 200 CNY/exhibition period for vehicle with 5-10 seats; 250 CNY/exhibition period for vehicle with 11-20seats; 300 CNY/exhibition period for vehicle with more than 21 seats; vehicle without the parking license will not be charged if parks at the venue for less than 2 hours(must detain driver license), otherwise a 20 CNY/hour parking fee will be add on; non-Beijing cargo vehicle that require overnight parking please park at the public parking lot across the Royal Grand Hotel, no vehicle is allowed to park overnight in the venue!!
3.Due to the limit parking lot at the exhibition, the number of parking licenses is controlled by the security department of the Chinese International Exhibition Center, so please apply for the parking license as soon as possible!!
